Conditions of Enrollment

Student Visa Conditions

Other Conditions

  1. The student is expected to attend all classes, undertake all tests and examinations during a program, 并遵守马萨诸塞德甲联赛下注首页 GSSP在任何时候生效的所有规则和规定.

Deferral

Refund Schedule Policy

  1. For the purposes of this Refund Schedule Policy, 学期费用定义为在德甲联赛下注Navitas GSSP的任何项目中学习一个全日制学期.

  6. In the case of cancellation or withdrawal, 取消申请的费用(如属行政费用)将按下表计算.

  9. 因提交虚假/误导性申请而被取消录取通知书或被马萨诸塞德甲联赛下注首页 GSSP终止注册的学生，将无权获得任何费用退款. 任何费用退款完全由马萨诸塞德甲联赛下注首页 GSSP自行决定.
  10. 因医疗原因必须退学的学生的退款将基于下表.
  11. 马萨诸塞德甲联赛下注首页 GSSP保留自行决定取消课程或课程的权利. 如果学生不能注册马萨诸塞德甲联赛下注首页 GSSP的类似项目或课程，则该注册被取消, 除不可退还的费用外，所有费用将被退还.
  12. I20和/或F1签证或任何其他移民文件因违反学生学习条件而被拒绝, 学生必须从马萨诸塞德甲联赛下注首页 GSSP退学，取消费用的计算如下表所示. 退学的学生必须首先咨询马萨诸塞德甲联赛下注首页 GSSP顾问，以确保他们保持最低的课程负担，以满足学生签证要求.
  13.  本退款政策下的所有退款将在收到学生书面索赔后的四(4)周内支付.
  14.  退款将支付给与马萨诸塞德甲联赛下注首页 GSSP签订合同的人，并支付到支付费用的原始账户.
